HACHI-BAN CO., LTD. operates numerous restaurant chains in Japan as well in Thailand, Hong Kong and Vietnam.

Since establishing “Hachi-ban Ramen” in 1967, based on the management policy to “continue to deliver a better product at a better price in a better environment to more people,” our aspiration since founding, we have progressively broadened our horizons to include the Japanese Food Business, External Sales Business and Overseas Business, and have continued to undertake a variety of challenges to deliver the Hachi-ban taste to a larger number of customers.

In the restaurant industry today, it is becoming increasingly necessary to think flexibly and be quick to respond, due to a challenging environment with the advancement of globalization and a declining birthrate and aging population, in addition to the intensifying competition between companies from different industries. While giving the highest priority to maintaining the trust earned from customers, the Hachi-ban Group will continue to implement strict measures for ensuring food safety and security, at the same time striving to create products with even more added value, create an enjoyable, fulfilling dining space, and create employment systems that suit all of the Group’s employees.
